Bringing together artists, booksellers and fine arts enthusiasts in historic Chinatown, Los Angeles, the A.G. Geiger Book Fair is a unique event that is free and open to the public. Modeled on the Art Book Fairs presented by Printed Matter in New York and Los Angeles, The A.G. Geiger Book Fair is regionally focused and convenes primarily West Coast based artists, presses, and independent publishers in a lively festival atmosphere. The first fair was held in 2016 and featured over 22 exhibitors. This year promises to be even bigger. UPDATE!  Looks like I’ll be reading with the legendary Rich Ferguson who will also be bringing a host of supporting poets. According to curator Michael Delgado, the poetry reading has a tentative start time of 4:00pm. But there will be discussions, workshops and numerous exhibits all day.
