For those of you familiar with NYC’s amazing series ‘KISS PUNCH POETRY,’ you will thrilled to discover Los Angeles is about to kick-off it’s own version of poetry-meets-Improv theater – DROPLINE BANG. Every month a featured poet will read their work and an improve group will interpret (riff on, ruin, destroy, elevate?) the themes of each piece. I was lucky enough to do this in New York (thanks to the unstoppable Meghan Plunkett) and it was a blast. More details are coming in, but for now consider yourself invited.
