In conjunction with ‘Timothy Washington: Love Thy Neighbor’, poet Brendan Constantine presents ‘Sitting Ducks’ an interactive poetry workshop. Drawing from Washington’s incredible facility for cultural narrative through assemblage, the class will generate new poems from a variety of sources. No experience is required, however participants are encouraged to bring any existing unfinished or dissatisfying work. Got a ‘broken’ poem in a drawer? A few lines on a Post-It note?
