It’s that time again! The famous Writers of Kern are convening their annual conference and this time it’s IN PERSON! if you’re not familiar, the WOK first opened their doors in 1995 as a forum for writers in Bakersfield and surrounding communities to share resources and experience. The Spring event is an all-day affair with guest speakers, readings, and workshops, not to mention breakfast and lunch!

I’ll be presenting a new edition of my workshop ‘No Word For This,’ with writing prompts and daily exercises. We’re gonna write some killer new poems!!!
